Hotel Platzl is situated in the village of Auffach in the Wildschönau high valley, just 120 metres from the cable car to the Schatzberg ski resort. Excellent hotel. is in an excellent location, I was 3 nights. Amazing staff, comfortable rooms and a very comfortable bed too. Room service is really good, towels are changed and cleaned well (only in one of the showers did I notice that they didn't clean the crumbs from the floor, but it wasn't terrible, maybe they didn't notice). Parking is free, and if there is no parking space adjacent to the hotel, there are more parking spaces 100 meters away. highly recommend.

We used the Gasthof Schontal as a base for travelling to and from Kitzbuhel for a days skiing and the Hahnenkahm races. A half hour drive takes you to Kirchberg in Tyrol where there is free parking and a free shuttle train which takes you into Kitzbuhel itself. Perfect

We were met by the host who is lovely, the apartment is spotless and really quite a good size with everything you need for your stay. The beds are super comfy and the shower is hot and powerful at all times and the apartment is always warm. Location is perfect for the village and everything is just a short stroll away with Car parking right outside. We would definitely stay there again

Alpenchalet Almrose is situated on the edge of Auffach in the Wildschönau Valley. Guests can retreat to the Alpine-style lounge bar or a sun terrace. Free WiFi is offered in public areas and all... A lovely apartment in a lovely place, situated near the Schatzberg cable car and several lovely alpine walks. Our apartment was very clean, well furnished, and situated in a very peaceful location. Esther and Ron were wonderful hosts, they were extremely welcoming and both very helpful…even booking us reservations in the best local restaurants. We would recommend their breakfasts, with a range of very nice options suitable for all tastes and excellent value for money. We had a great week walking in and around Auffach, and our stay in the Alpenchalet Almrose with Ron and Esther was the thing that we loved most.

Boasting beautiful views of the Kitzbühel Alps, this traditional country home offers guests spacious and comfortable apartments overlooking the picturesque Wildschönau Valley. That was amazing vacation and the location was part of it. The host was welcome and friendly. That was a family vacation with kids and I really recommend on it.

The Tirolerhof is a cosy, family-run hotel in the Wildschönau, the romantic high valley in the Kitzbühel Alps, and offers a spa area with an indoor pool 10 x 5,5 m, different saunas and steam room. Beauriful environment,delicious food,friendly staff,very good wellness area. Overall very relaxing!
