Although officially rated as four stars, the overall experience was undoubtedly five-star quality.

I used spa ( sauna ) so it was very very warm - exactly as I preferred :) Room was clean every day when I would turn back from my meetings, bottles with water was waiting here. See you next time :)

Mainly the service of the staffs were awesome, to be very specific the house keeping staffs named Md Masud Rana and shorufuddin and the bell boy Omar Faruk were very very friendly and helpful and cooperative.
