The customer service at Masawara Urban Retreat was exceptional. They anticipated my every need, from providing free airport transfers to offering a variety of complimentary beverages (house wine, coffee, tea) and snacks (cookies - cupcakes - nuts). The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. The spacious, clean room even included a walk-in closet. The experience was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. This is a home not a lodge. I felt very welcome and travelling with a 2 year old the staff made it easy for me and comfortable. The lodge arranged my airport pick up which was very smooth and organised.

Honestly, when I booked this spot I was not expecting much- I was just looking for a cheap spot for my family to spend the night. I was more than pleasantly surprised- it was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, the beds were super comfortable, the host, Linda, was extraordinarily kind and welcoming. If it was a hotel it would probably get a 3- 4 star rating. I did tell Linda that the photos posted on this website don't do it any justice. The price, for what you get as an experience makes this a spot I will definitely use again In the future and recommend to others.

    Very clean facility, extremely helpful and friendly staff. Location is right next to a highway so you hear traffic through the night- did not bother me, but this may be useful to know to others. The shower is the best part of the room- hot and amazon like. No breakfast was provided. Located on the edge of the city centre and on top of a fast food restaurant.
