The staffs went above and beyond to ensure our stay comfortable and convenient. They gave us great local recommendations from their own local preference. Room was clean, bright with lots of sunlight, much much better than lots of other hotels around. The staffs even offered to go to pharmacy for me when I was sick. They also seem to have another hotel in Hanoi, which we shall be visiting if we have chance

Very peaceful environment. It was the perfect place to overcome our jet lag. Much better to avoid going into Hanoi upon overseas arrival. The staff were wonderful. Nice breakfast.
