The staff were from the beginning to end absolutely wonderful! Very welcoming and helpful. The hotel itself was beautiful, very clean and had spacious rooms. We loved staying there. Only thing is that it is a bit out of the way from central Hanoi but if you need to stay in West Hanoi, this is the best place to be.

Great experience! Thank you to all the staff for their excellent hospitality. We are a group of 3, traveled to Hanoi during rainy day. The staff made us feel I’m better with their warm smiles and helpful attitude. We were craving food at midnight, and they kindly managed to order some for us. This made me feel like I was at home, not just in a hotel. The room was thoroughly cleaned, the new pillows and blankets were very comfortable. We decided to stay one more night because of the exceptional service. Thanks for us.

Excellent communication with host, easy check in and great price. Apartment was exactly as advertised, only stayed for 1 night pre-flight home and was only a short taxi ride (around 35 mins) from the airport.

The property is completely new and has a very nice design style. Rooms are bright and fully equipped. The area is also very nice, with local mini markets and restaurants everywhere. What I liked the most about my stay in Bao Dang Homestay was the warm welcoming of Hày Thuy, the owner, who was always ready to help and has been very kind to me. Strongly recommended!

Perfect stay for a business trip! Back in town for work and so glad I chose this place again. It honestly feels more like a boutique hotel than an Airbnb — spotless, well-organized, and incredibly comfortable. I stayed at Luxury Place Hotel during my trip to Hanoi and honestly, it was such a great choice. The location is right in the center, super convenient — lots of food, cafes, and fun spots nearby. The room was clean, cozy, and had a comfy bed plus a little balcony with a nice city view. Everything looked new and stylish. The staff were super friendly and helpful with anything I needed. After a long day exploring the city, it felt amazing to come back and relax here. Definitely staying again next time I’m in Hanoi!
