The staff were kind and helpful. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. What I liked the most was the breakfast. It was much better than the hotel I stayed at nearby during my last visit. I really enjoyed it. Overall, I had a great stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others.

Very peaceful environment. It was the perfect place to overcome our jet lag. Much better to avoid going into Hanoi upon overseas arrival. The staff were wonderful. Nice breakfast.
