This homestay just outside of Hanoi is truly a gem. The place is stunning, with a modern and spotless room equipped with everything you could possibly need. The bed is exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful stay, and the host is incredibly welcoming and attentive. After traveling across Southeast Asia for six and a half months, I can confidently say this is one of the best homestays I've experienced absolutely beautiful!

From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone was warm, friendly, and respectful. The room was clean, tidy, and very relaxing. The location was also great — close to the airport and a convenience store were just steps away. A big plus: they offer free airport pick-up and return!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Luxury Hanoi Hotel, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out, the service was nothing short of outstanding. The management team, especially Ha and Hung, were incredibly attentive and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout my stay. Their professionalism and commitment to guest satisfaction were truly remarkable. They were always available and eager to assist, whether it was booking tours or providing helpful advice for shopping in the area. The staff at the hotel were always on their feet, ready to assist with anything I needed, ensuring a level of service that exceeded my expectations. The room was immaculate—neat, clean, and very comfortable, creating the perfect environment to relax after a busy day of exploring the city. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my stay. The combination of excellent service, a spotless room, and the personal attention provided by Ha, Hung, and the entire team made it a truly unforgettable experience. Perfect location/ quiet and peaceful/ good air quality (much better than in downtown Ha Noi) remote but still very close to the city (Grab 80k) and airport! Very modern and classy/ stylish privately owned hotel with lots of emphasis on detail. The owner and his great staff team are lovely people and make the guests feel at home. Of the SME privately owned hotels this hotel is one of the best out of the hundreds of hotels I have stayed in. If I ever make it to Ha Noi again- I know where to stay. Thanks for a great time.

Stay in this hotel was really good experience which met our needs of a clean place with kitchen & comfy beds. Rooms were very clean and we stayed for 4 nights. The property is far from old quarters but we could easily commute around with grab taxis. Close to convince store & cabs were easily available all time. Well maintained interiors & a cozy bedrooms.
