We arrived late by bus and it was no problem at all. There is always someone at reception and they are very friendly. The room is very spacious, and the bathroom is great. Everything was clean. The hotel is located very close to the public shuttle bus that takes you to Troy, which is very convenient. You can also easily walk to the harbour area where all the restaurants are. They have a recommendations list about what to do in Çanakkale and that was very helpful. We would definitely come back if we visit here again.

THE HOTEL IS IDEAL FOR A FEW DAYS' HOLIDAY. THE OWNER IS HELPFUL AND VERY KIND. BREAKFAST IS OFFERED IN THE RECEPTION AREA BY APPOINTMENT AS THE AREA IS RELATIVELY SMALL BUT THIS DOESN'T CAUSE A PROBLEM. THE BREAKFAST IS VERY GOOD WITH FLAVORS FROM TURKEY. THE ROOMS, LIKE THE WHOLE HOTEL, ARE VERY WELL MAINTAINED AND HAVE A SPECIAL VINTAGE STYLE.

Set Ozer Hotel is situated right in the heart of the town so everything is close by and yet the hotel remains quiet and peaceful. But what set this hotel apart is the excellent customer service. Loved the space in the apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and awesome having a washing machine and dryer to use. Also loved the big screen TV ,filtered water and filter coffee machine and dishwasher. Lovely space for 2 couples..
