It was an amazing place to stay, very beautiful and authentic. The host couple were very helpful and friendly. The location is absolutely perfect. Rooms were clean. We asked for transportation service and used it during all our stay in Tunis. I enjoyed staying in the house very much and highly recommend it.

Amazing boutique hotel in the heart of the medina. Dar Dorra is adjacent to Dar El Jeld. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Everything was clean and modern. Staff was always helpful, it was like a 5 star hotel stay. Thank you :)

We were staying in this old and very traditionally decorated house. The decorator paid attention to the tiniest details to create this real beauty! Absolutely beautiful little spot. Staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, even coming out at midnight to help find us in the souk warren on arrival. The rooms and spaces have so much character and the breakfast was a lovely way to start the day. The location is ideal for exploring Tunis and is a little oasis amongst the wonderful chaos. Only regret not being able to stay longer.

It's basic of course, but for what you're paying, it's great value. Location is super, near to the heart of the medina and an easy taxi drop off location, but still quiet at night! The place is super spacious and while I did not use it, the kitchen seems well stocked. Wifi and AC were strong, bed was comfortable, really couldn't complain! And the host is super responsive and helpful over text! She made it possible for me to check in early because I had no where to leave my luggage after an early morning flight, which I was so thankful for.

Our stay at the apartment was absolutely perfect! Everything was spotless and beautifully furnished, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. We were pleasantly surprised to find a computer and a strong Wi-Fi connection available for guests. On top of this the host was incredibly kind and welcoming, even picking us up from the central station when we arrived and taking us to the airport when we left. Highly recommend!
