It was great to have a whole house all to ourselves. The property was very clean and cozy. The aircon worked really well in the bedroom and the shower was hot. Good internet and amenities. Felt like a home away from home.

The location was amazing. You have the beach in front of the bungalow. You will be at the beach in 1 minute. I also loved the AC, was a very functional, modern AC and this is such a blessing when outside is like 40 degrees Celsius. The bed was very comfy too and the 2 terraces were amazing, one to admire the sea and one to admire the small jungle forest behind the bungalow. It was a great accommodation for what we needed.

Wow.. the villa and pool are incredible. Brand new and just opened. The villa is massive and is exactly like the photos. Thai style luxury with the balcony the perfect place to relax, have a drink and take in the amazing views. Incredible place to relax and unwind. Only wish we could have stayed longer. Staff are lovely and friendly and can arrange anything you require. We hired a scooter and explored the island with ease. Koh Yao Yai is a really cool island away from the crowds, secluded and peaceful!!

The location of the hotel was wonderful with extremely comfortable rooms giving directly on one of the nicest beach of the island. We had everything needed and the staff was attentive, friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was also really good. The hotel provided scooter renting as well as kayak and paddle and organised for us a boat tour around the island which is a must do. I recommend this place for everyone looking for a relaxing moment away from the tourists and noise of Koh Phi Phi.
