The breakfast is not included but the extra 6.5 euros are very worth it. You also have a full kitchen at your disposal if you want to do it yourself. The location is great, and you can get to Serra da Estrela in around 30min. The rooms are very spacious and they all include private bathroom.

My grandparents live in a tiny village 6km away, so I'm *very* familiar with Coja and I didn't expect, at all, to find such a cozy and well done place here. The house was fully renovated in a way that merges the old stone frame with modern concepts, making it rustic but still cozy and - most importantly - clean. Good windows for light but also insulation, minimalistic rooms, but lovely shared area. The breakfast was fenomenal. The backyard is lovely. It was too cold for the pool, but I'm sure it would have been perfect as well. I'm 100% staying here every time I come to visit the family.

We loved everything: the warm welcome, the explanations about the place, and the friendly hosts. It's a tastefully designed boutique hotel, with super clean and luxurious room. What a place! We have spent a lot of nights in different places, but never ever seen anything like this. The house is amazing, the welcome was better than anyone can expect. Right at the end of a dead end street in the most remote, tiny and quiet village, there is this beautiful restored house with breath taking views over the valley. Everything, but really everything was thought of and better than ever seen before. If you plan to go to this area, and you like remote places, this house is a must stay! The land lady (sorry, we forgot her name) lives just around the corner, and welcomed us with such a friendliness and passion for her house and the surroundings. I am sure we will be back one day.
