A lovely well equipped cottage surrounded by nature. Good place to relax overnight when travelling between Oslo and Røros. It is about 15 mins to Elverum town. The house is on a beautiful lake shore with a lovely garden and forest. A logging/wood factory is nearby but at the property you don’t notice it. I enjoyed birdwatching on the lake which had geese, cranes and black throated divers. The enclosed porch area with great lounge chairs means the views can be enjoyed whatever the weather! Beautiful fireplace for winter. Also great power shower. Hope to come back sometime.

The cosiest cabine with breathtaking views. It had everything provided to make it a memorable stay. The bbq with covered outside space, firepit with logs and wood cutting tools, the patio with the sofas and most amazing backdrop. This continued inside. Anything you could need was there and the way you can admire the view from every corner in the hut, even from your pillow in the morning... nothing short of exceptional. Our four year old really enjoyed the trampoline, zip wire and outdoor play area! We will certainly recommend this beautiful cabine to others and would love to stay again in the future!

Being quite exhausted from driving Trheim Mjøsa in order to complete my apartment repairs near Oslo next day, it was great to realize I was assured a splendid nights sleep at this comfortable place. A cute fully equipped house with lots of space and an amazing view of the lake! This place is perfect for a few relaxing days in a quiet and beautiful area surrounded by nature. The host was very pleasant and made sure we had everything we needed. We loved the view, the warm shower, the quiet, the woodpeckers, the big garden, the fireplace, the window seats, the clean air... :)
