    It's 20 minutes to Ipoh and 20 minutes to Sungai Siput and 5 minutes to Aeon Klebang. On top of that, there's a 99 mart at the entering of the apartment. The lift is close to the assigned parking lot. Instructions was clear.. Prompt respond from owner. Spotless. Security at the entrance was polite and helpful. Well functioning AC.

    The location was strategic to our work location. House was very clean and cosy. A big thank you Mr. CHIN, who was so proactive since the minute booking was confirmed. Very helpful person. It was the best homestay I and my team have booked. Definitely will share and recommend to others. It fits comfortably for a family of 10 to 12 pax. A GREAT HOMESTAY
