We couldn't possibly have been happier than this! Casa del Sapo is that rare, elusice thing that for us represents true luxury. While the house is indeed very, very beautiful it is also incredibly well planned, providing everything one needs, while still blending into the actual attraction - the closeness of the mighty sea and the surrounding nature. We loved just being there - the sound of the waves erasing all the noise one usually has going on in the head - turning our senses to what is here. Mario will have our eternal thanks for opening this place for guests. Mariela and Fredy, the caretakers, are incredibly nice people as are Lichia and Chichu, who run the little restaurant nearby with the most delicious food.

Super clean and calm hotel. Good value for money especially over holidays when even hostels are ridiculously priced. Clean sheet and towel every day, rooms get cleaned daily. Helpful and kind staff!

Great location above the beach (at 5 minutes walk) with friendly staff and good food made from fresh ingredients and of course lots of seafood. Loved the spacious rooms, terrace, privacy and infinity pool.

It's very hard to find this little apt which is in the interior of a city block behind a hidded door next to the take out patisserie that opens at 7am. There are no glass windows, and I stayed the first night of Hurricane Eric which meant the rain blew though the screens. (No big deal). A mosquito or two wanted to eat me in.a long meal that lasted all night, but mosquitos are a fact of life. This is a very nice, very comfortable spot. Probably the best single room I've ever rented on 3 or 4 continents. enjoy!

The careful and cheerful attention from Mayra, every morning she has the breakfast ready and some story about the place or a recommendation of nearby places surrounding the b&b. The location of the b&b is great, nearby many restaurants and the beach. Also the AC is a plus.

I could not rate this property highly enough, everything about it was amazing. From the moment we arrived, it was like we were in our own family home. The owners were so friendly and went out of their way to help us. We were able to use the washing machine, get our hair cut (the host was also a hairdresser), we were treated to local delicacies and local coffee. The location of the property is close to some amazing beaches, which are must less touristy than the nearby resorts, some of which were the best I’ve ever seen with some incredible snorkelling amongst the coral.
