It happened to us that we stuck in a huge traffic while boarder crossing. It takes us almost 24 hours to get to Lithuania from Belarus so we couldn’t be on time at the hotel. We still were at the border at te time of checking-out. Ive been in contact with the reception and explain the situation. The girl from the desk was very kind and fully understood the situation that we could manage “no-show” and didn’t charge the price for the room. It was like a breath of fresh air after exhausted time at the border. Id like to thank a lot the girl and the hotel. Next time i hope we can fully enjoy our stay at this nice and warm place!🙏🏻

Location was perfect very central in the old town with nice cafes/restaurants/pubs nearby. Room was clean and spacious- well worth the money! Room overlooked a central street but there was no disruption from street noise.

What a beautiful property! The location was fantastic! It was literally across the largest square of Vilnius, cathedral square. Right inside old town. Very close to the main street in old town with lovely restaurants, bars etc. The breakfast was great, and comfortable, Would highly recommend tis hotel We had no problem getting veg food here though the Indian food we had in Vilius was really bad.

    Very good location, old town and all sightseeing in walking distance. 24/7 supermarket is next door too. Very clean and nice affordable rooms. Breakfast is nice and fresh. Staff very friendly.     The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was ideal for me near the airport, and the room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The included breakfast was extensive and tasty, and the restaurant makes some delicious dishes for dinner too.     Great location: 5 min walking distance from city center; huge room with kitchenette and 2 fridges. Very clean and comfy; we had breakfast: it was cheap and had plenty of choice (continental as well as local). The room was clean and quite (even if facing the road), the lady at the front deck helped us book a taxi; we were allowed to leave our luggage for late pick up. Wi-fi working great

    The hotel is in a very good location, in the old town, the rooms were basic, but very clean and tidy for around £50 a day. Having in mind the peaceful setting, the restaurant downstairs, which is not cheap and fortunately does not serve processed foods ,- i would say the stay could be rated towards very good.
