The family managing this homestay is adorable. Every member of the family is always smiling, cheerful and ever ready to help. The rooms are super clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is sumptuous and served in big portions. The host will suggest and arrange for tours and transportation at reasonable costs.The location is ideal as it is walking distance to the beach. We stayed at the hotel with our two kids and everything was great : we had a beautiful apartment with A/C, nice view and quiet. The children enjoyed the swimming pool on the roof and we got a nice welcome cocktail. The staff were particularly kind, attentive and helpful. The kids could also use the pool after the check out. This was a great time in Negombo.

    A great BUDGET hotel, in an old style, it is a bit dated, but ULTRA clean, in a great location, with fantastic access to the beach. Two very friendly dogs, that love to be fussed. A great open, fan cooled, dinning area over looking the pool. The food and juices were reasonably price and good quantity. Good WiFi in all areas of the hotel and powerful water pressure

    We booked a room at this hotel for one night as a resting place for a few hours before our flight. The room was on the ground floor, which makes it ideal for anyone with low mobility. The room was very clean. We found the host very welcoming. The location was ideal for the airport but not great for eateries.

    Our stay was excellent - the rooms are spotless, very comfortable and spacious. The owner was extremely helpful and even helped to organize a tour for us at a reasonable price and gave us a lift when there were no taxis. The staff keep it very clean and are very friendly, the pool is great. Location super convenient for restaurants and everything you need.

    I like everything about the place: very clean, a comfy bed , nature sounds around , delicious breakfast , hot shower, great location near the airport. The owners are amazing, kind and helpful people. They ordered tuk tuk for a cheap price ( no uber driver responded to my request) and prepared the itinerary of my whole trip with lots of useful recommendations

    Great value for money! It's close to the airport and the owner has many secret locations to go to which are perfect and less costly to be in. The airport transfer is also comparatively cheaper and rooms are very clean. Definitely worth staying in this place for a few days and explore the area here.
