We just love the place. Great experience in this villa. We liked everything there, very quiet location near a beautiful beach. We were looking for such a place. The villa is very spacious, nicely furnished and we immediately felt like at home, plus a beautiful garden and an amazing pool. Asanga will prepare a royal breakfast for you every day, whatever you want. During our stay in Sri Lanka, we returned there twice. Last but not least, great communication with the owner of the villa, who really cares about making your stay as pleasant as possible. We will definitely plan to spend more time in this villa next time. I can really only recommend it.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The atmosphere was cozy, everything was clean and comfortable — truly a place where you can relax and enjoy every moment. What made our experience especially memorable were the amazing hosts. The owner was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help. He went above and beyond to fulfill all our requests and personally organized fascinating excursions that added a special charm to our trip. It was clear that he genuinely cared about making our stay perfect, and thanks to his efforts, we felt completely at ease and well taken care of throughout the whole vacation. We would love to come back again and will definitely recommend this place to all our friends and family!

Everything! All the facilities were perfect, the staff exceptionally helpful, the room was clean, comfortable and well kept, the bathroom was to European standards, the towels were impeccably clean, overall an exceptional place to be recommended if you want a quiet beach location.

The property is very well presented with large bedroom & bathroom & terrace - the breakfast was served just outside our room. The swimming was excellent and well maintained and warm. The staff were very welcoming and worked hard to keep us all happy. The beach was a 5 min walk and is stunning - very natural and untouched. The wifi worked in the whole of the hotel.

The beach near this hotel is very beautiful and there's nobody there so you can feel like on an uninhabited island. The hotel and it's area is very pretty and clean.     Amazing! We had several hotels, apartments in Sri Lanka but this was the best. We felt great there the location is amazing, right on the beutiful beach. There were some waves but you can swim or you can use a nice pool as well. The staff was so kind and helpful. The breakfast was great they brought a table for us and we had it in front of our room in the garden while listening the sounds of the ocean. There were shops, pharmacy, restaurants nearby. Looking forward to be there next time.

    The location of the property was perfect, just set back from an uncrowded beach at the edge of the non touristy town of Balapityia. I stayed in the garden bungalow which had had a recent addition of a veranda , making a perfect shady spot to chill and read. The staff made the ‘property ‘ though. All so caring . I was ill whilst there and they took me to the Doctors and then cooked food that I was able to eat and checked on me through the days - I was so well looked after.
