The jacuzzi is big and fits 2 people comfortably. The living room was spacious, my friends came over and we were 5 people sitting. Also the heaters worked perfectly as the temperature outside was very low.

Exceptional stay! Everything exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless and very comfortable, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the service was top-notch. The location is perfect — close to everything I needed. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and relaxing. I had a wonderful stay at Haya Hotel. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Special thanks to Wassim, General Manager, for his professionalism and kindness — he went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere of the hotel felt warm and relaxing. I truly appreciated the excellent service and genuine hospitality from the whole team. This brand new hotel is stunning and very clean. The pool was a beautiful spot, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. The valet team was super quick, too. What really stood out was the staff. Mona, Grace & Hassan were amazing and helped me with everything I needed!
