New, clean and comfortable beds. Free car park and convenience store + restaurants close by. Toiletries and equipment provided were nice and new. Drinking water from tap and air purifiers available in the rooms. Nice set up and fun, amazing views of the alps and Mt Fuji around the property.

it is kinda of unique that's why we picked this place. it was nice for a night. when we checked in we could get free hot beverages and pick a frozen meal of our choice from the selection they had. it's well insulated, very clean, has all the minimum necessary and the bed was comfortable.

exceed my expectations and highly recommend! even the hotel is not as modern as some hotels around that area, but the service is totally AWESOME! free shuttle service, nice Japanese style room, perfect view, and Japanese style dinner and breakfast definitely make your day. they even gave me local wine and card as birthday presents, heart melting ♥️ A must-have stay in this area

We only stayed one night, we would have loved to stay longer. The room was beautiful, bright, with a view of Mount Fuji. Everything was very clean and tidy, and the location was excellent, just 2 or 3 blocks from the station. Thank you as well for the keychain you gave us, such a lovely souvenir.

We just loved the Villa we stayed in. They provide you with complimentary juices for kids and wine for adults. The villa is very spacious. they even provide you with all the cutleries, BBQ Set and all other home appliances. The best part is the terrace area. In the morning, you get awesum view of Mt. Fuji from all the floors.
