Absolutely fantastic place, a great place to stay in not far from central tokyo while also being Absolutely peaceful and quite. The owners are lovely and incredibly kind and will help with anything you may need. Big refrigerator, kitchen utensils, desk and there's even a shower and floor heating all inside your room. Much privacy as the room is right next to the entrance door and toilet. Sadie's English was very good and she can give you lot's of useful tips and recommendations. The area was also really nice and peaceful yet close to everything you need (train station, restaurants, supermarket, conbini, etc.)
