'Shorten' the distance to Temple 12, since it's located near temple 11; perfect place to rest for preparing a next day pilgrimage. The place is new, comfortable and clean. Facilities are compact. Everything was perfect, very clean and very friendly host. But a fair warning for those who are doing the Shikoku-Pilgrimage for the first time: The lights might go on at 4:30 (no joke) and the pilgrims could be very loud to motivate themselves for the day. Keep that in mind :)

I was very late because I had problems arriving, so I was coming at 1:30 at night instead of 21:00 the evening before. The owner still was very friendly and explained how to find everything. I recommend this place

We stayed two nights. Absolutely loved the big bath to soak in. The massage chair was a wonderful, relaxing experience. Very clean accommodation with good amenities. We liked the location as it suited our travels. The house was close to one of the 88 temples.
