We were pleasantly surprised to find our room so spacious. It was clean and was tidied and cleaned every day. We found our stay very comfortable. The breakfast had plenty on offer. The location of the hotel was good. the bus stop to Cassino was right outside and the walk to the centre was about 15 minutes. We are very grateful to Claudia and Achille for all their help. We will be back again.

Room: Clean and big enough. Bathroom and balcony is also spacious. Our room has view of Monte Cassino. Common kitchen: There is kettle and coffee/tea set and some free foods. Beautiful B & B with beautiful host. We stayed for a week and were very grateful with the lovely breakfast each morning. The property is outstanding with all comforts catered for. Would highly recommend. It is about a 15 minute walk from the centre of Atina for restaurants and shops. The swimming pool was a great bonus after a long day of sight seeing!

Lovely and clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Great to have a communal full guest kitchen upstairs. Secure parking with Cafe across the road. Vouchers for breakfast consisting of a hot drink and a croissant. Supermarket 5 minutes walk. Would need a car to get around, no restaurant close by, just a short drive. Francesca was so helpful, even organized a Barber for my Husband. Great value for money.
