It’s a family owned property and you can tell, they take very good care of you. The area is incredible, perfect for hiking around or just enjoying the view from the terrace. Sadly the place was hit by earthquake in 2016 and some of the buildings are under reconstruction, with restaurant being placed in containers until the old building is restored. You can really help the place by visiting and they appreciate that.

We stayed only one night but the location is magnificent, on top of the hill, away from the noice of the streets. Very beautiful landscape for breakfast in the terrace. The owners are kind and friendly. The rooms clean and comfy A 30 mins walk can lead you to the lake ruffino, and also in 10 mins by car you can arrive at good restaurants in the proximity of the lake.

    The farm has a great location, beautiful views to the Monte Sibilla and to the valley. The owners can give valuable advice about paths... At the farm it is very quiet, a great opportunity for goooood sleeping. The app. was very clean and spacious. GREAT!!

    Silvio's place is a perfect place to escape busyness. Expect gorgeous views, sounds of nature and excellent wines paired with delicious homemade italian food. It's an ideal spot for mountain treks, lake swimming, biking or just some soft rambling. The staff were warm and welcoming and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Home away from home.
