We stayed for 4 nights in the apartment on the last floor, everything was taken care of with a lot of love from welcoming us to this beautiful place to our departure. Everywhere is spotless clean you can’t find the speck of dust, the bathrooms, the bedrooms, the kitchen its super clean. Maria is a great host she took care of things without even told it was like reading our minds 😄 It was a real pleasure to stay here and if we come back to this part of Italy this is our place to stay for sure!

Villa Agavi - a hidden gem Ilaria and her family was the most welcoming and frendliest hosts ever. They property is amazing with plants, trees, flowers and hens/roosters. The pool is super refreshing with a nice view. Our children 2 and 5yrs old had a great time with plenty of things to do on the property. The rooms are brand new and beautifully decorated, with well working A/C. Ilaria helped us a lot with booking restaurants and Parmigiano tasting. We also had the best food (pinsa, bruschetta and salads) and Lambrusco wine prepared and served by Ilaria on our 12days trip in Italy. This was a 5* experience. This place is worth a detour and we will be back as soon as we can.

Stunning country setting - such a nice break from staying in busy cities. Host helpful with recommendations and suggestions of places to visit. Dinner (3 course) available each night - no menu, just whatever is being prepared that day. Meals are unpretentious and utilise fresh produce from the garden - incredibly tasty, some of the best food we have had in Italy.

The property is located in a stunning setting. The interior design of the property was amazing, very much a home from home. We also ate in the restaurant which was one of the best meals we had during our holiday. Matteo the owner was very attentive and couldn’t do enough. 10/10!!!

We only stayed for one night, but it was a very pleasant experience. The owner was extremely helpful and even assisted us with our request for a luggage scale, which was much appreciated. The parking was easy, the room was very clean, and it was clear that it had been newly renovated. A comfortable and convenient stay!

    Amazing location and accommodation. We spent two nights of our Honeymoon here and cannot recommend the hotel enough. The restaurant and Balsamic tour were icing on the cake, simply perfect.
