This place is simply wonderful, and what makes it truly special is host, Mr. Salvo. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us with such warmth and kindness that we immediately felt at home. This was our very first trip to Sicily, and thanks to him, our first impression of the island couldn’t have been better. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. Mr. Salvo went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay – he was always available for any question, and he shared many excellent recommendations for sightseeing and discovering the area. His hospitality exceeded even the best reviews we had read before booking. If you are visiting Sicily, do not hesitate – staying here will make your trip even more memorable. We had a fantastic stay! The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms were spacious, very clean, and incredibly comfortable. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Everything. The hotel & rooms were clean. The rooftop bar had a fantastic view and would highly recommend the spicy Paloma cocktail. It was my birthday the day before our stay and the hotel staff brought me up chocolate dessert and some Prosecco, this was so lovely. The staff were super friendly and couldn’t do enough to help you. Thank you for making our stay a wonderful one :)

Jessie and her husband Onofrio were great hosts. They really go the extra mile to give guests a great experience. Wonderful rooms, lovely breakfasts with fresh local pastries, great recommendations for dinner etc and just all-round nice people. They really work extremely hard and their hard work was really appreciated for the 3 nights we stayed at the end of a tour through Italy. We had a wonderful stay.

    We stayed 2 days at Mama apartment and Margarita welcomed us in lovely way.The location is close to everything you need and just few minutes from the train station to Palermo.The people in Ficarazzi are friendly too.Its definitely a place to stay when you in Palermo.

    You get a lovely view of the sea and you are right on the beach and the hotel has been up graded since the last time I was there and the young man who looked after the pool area was very helpfully and he worked very hard at keeping the pool area and beach very clean for everyone safety. The room was large and the bathroom was bright and clean.

    Lovely location just a short drive from the ferry terminal in Palermo. we were off season but it would be lovely on a sunny day. Great dinner included with half board. View of the sea.

    Staff and location was excellent. Breakfast and staff in restaurant the same. Pool was still open which is good when you travel with children. Restaurant was excellent the first couple of days, but lowered its standard. Not to say it was bad - but in comparison. I would especially want to praise the staff on the hotel. The cleaning was beyond expectations like the service at the breakfast buffet. Bar service as well.
