Classic Italian beautiful Italian village , quiet and authentic. Place is a working farm , but the previously reported rooster was nowhere to be seen or heard . Fantastic restaurant in walking distance. Room clean and comfortable with beautiful mountain views from the terrace. Host very friendly and keen to help and baked lovely Italian breakfast cakes . Private off road parking in a farm yards .

I couldn't get enough, every detail is like a part of the whole history of this house. Much respect to you Maurício for this great contribution.. This is a truly amazing place - a real hidden gem. The hotel is masterfully restored by the most wonderful owners, who even treated us to eggs with truffles picked by themselves. We travel a lot and have lived in many hotels but this was by far one of the best experiences, even without considering the value for money. Also, the town is really nice and practically empty from tourists. We will definitely return.

I had stayed here 8 years ago and wanted to come back. The hotel is owned by brewery Baladin, and was completely renovated by their founder, genius Teo Musso. The rooms are beautiful and each has their own decor. It's right across the street from their first brewery/bar, which is still working. Every Sunday Teo speaks about his journey and does a brewery tour of the new grounds down the street. Highly recommend it! Plus, this area is right next to Barolo, which has some of the best wines in Italy. Another nice town to visit nearby is Alba, which has a 3-star Michelin restaurant (Piazza Duomo) and a bistrot from the same owners, Piola.

    This is an amazing place - the location, the history, and the hosts. Close to everything and a million miles from concerns. Add the fully functioning farm as a backdrop and it's the full package.
