Everything from Fabio hospitality to the facility and even the neighbours. The unit has everything you need, I can literally stay here for months. Getting around is quite simple. You can take the train (20 min top and cost 1.79 euros) or the bus #116 (40 min and cost 1.2 euro) to the city centre. Train network also enable you to go to surrounding tourist places like the pompeii or amafli coast. Fully equipped kitchen but please do keep it clean!

Our stay was truly exceptional, especially thanks to Fabio, who helped us so much during our time there. The accommodation was clean and beautiful, and there was always plenty of food and drinks available, which were replenished daily. We even received fresh towels whenever we asked. Fabio is amazing, and you should definitely stay at this accommodation! The only small remark I would make is that it’s a pity the stove cannot be used due to legal regulations.

Located in a proper, busy Napoli’s street, not far a walk from the local train station with mount Vesuvius just behind you. Some shops nearby too and a good pizza place 100m away. The car is parked in a secure open car park nearby also. The apartment is stylish decorated with a tv in every room, one being the size of a wall which our 14 year old son enjoyed. Two good size bathrooms, plenty of big, fluffy towels, there is tea, coffee, croissants, toast etc and Donna Elena gave us milk, water and juice ready in the fridge also, which is a lovely touch. There is a special tap for drinking water. The beds are comfy and lots of wardrobe space. Black out shutters in front of the windows and two balconies, one where you can enjoy the Napoli neighbours whilst drinking a coffee. Air con in every room which is fantastic👌

I had such a great experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, Peppe were super friendly and made me feel really welcome. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The bed was really comfortable, and I appreciated how quiet it was at night – I slept so well. The location was also really convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Overall, it was a really pleasant stay and I’d happily come back again. Highly recommend!

Really nice property, close to the centro storico, safe neighborhood. It was super clean and nicely furnished, bed was comfortable too. Both the Francesca and Lucia were nice, responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend!

    Good location, walking distance of local amenities, cafes and a couple of good restaurants. 20 min taxi ride from airport. The staff and property were fantastic. Staff were exceedingly warm and friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Spotless and modern accommodation throughout. Our room was very clean, modern, quiet and spacious. Breakfast basic but adequate. Very attractive gardens.

    Very cute, clean and comfortable appartment with parking in front of the door. Very welcoming and helpful host. Good location if you have a car/motorbike to go to Napoli center but also Vesuvio and Pompeii. There’s also a restaurant and bar right around the corner which we can highly recommend.

    Everything was perfect! Fabio as a person, his rooms and art, the kitchen, the terras and view, the beds 😇💤, the hygiene (even the toilet paper smelled good), location very relaxing to, his tv’s got netflix 👌, the shower… if we come back in or nearby Napels again we will be back Fabio! 🥳

    The apartment is very clean and well maintained. It has great facilities and amenities such as: good WiFi, air conditioning, free parking and kitchen etc. Fabio is very welcoming and helpful, one of the greatest hosts. I highly recommend!
