The best thing about this hotel is the manager. He was very polite, professional, and was able to answer all sorts of questions. The breakfast was simple but nice. Its in a busy area, but quiet at night. I highly recommend it.

This place was recommended to me by a friend and it exceeded my expectations. The room was enormous with a sitting area, dressing room, and large bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower. The staff was gracious and had helpful recommendations for dinner and things to do. The breakfast was wonderful, with a good selection of cold cuts and pastries, yogurt, cereal, etc. There was also an option to order eggs in many different styles. The location is perfectly situated in the old town, with all the mosaics and Dante exhibits withing walking distance.

It is seriously a palace, the ceiling in the room is absolutely stunning, worth a museum one. The location is right at one of the landmark of the town, early christian cathedrals, Basilica di Sant Appolinari Nuova, and it is worth visiting them all. The breakfast is very good.
