Very pleasant place to stay while visiting all the holy shrines nearby (7min walk to Imam Hussein's shrine). The rooms are very clean and so is the washroom. The hallways are nice and tidy. All the workers there are very kind and polite.
Breakfast is served for free and the meals are fresh and tasty. They have a wide variety of western and Iraqi cuisine, so there are no shortcomings for anyone when it comes to having a hearty breakfast.
Sadr aldein Hussein (receptionist) ensured my family and I were comfortable both during check in and checkout. He's very professional and proficient with his mannerism and work. He also is fluent in English, which is a huge bonus point as my family do not speak Arabic that well.
Overall very excellent hotel and well worth the money to stay.
