Best place for stay. Owner was very nice person and very very helpfully. Food quality was good. Rooms neat and clean. In room proper towels,soap, bed sheets. As it’s raining owner personally provided us hot water. Ac non Ac both rooms was comfortable. As it’s group of 20-25 people’s then it’s best place for stay.

Great option, if you want to be near the railway station, as it is only a 10 min walk away and easy to find. It is run by a lovely family, the room is spacious and spotlessly clean, wifi works, aircon too, there is plenty of hot water, the beds are super comfortable and all windows have fly screens. In addition to that, mami cooked us a tasty complimentary breakfast, poha with tea! Full points from us.

We had 2 nights stay at Prasad villa last week. It was really very very comfortable. Entire villa is as per the pictures shown on internet. Neat, clean, spacious rooms in beautiful mango wadi. Homemade Food is really awesome and tasty and also very competitive rates. We tried fish thali, chicken thali, fish fry, prawns fry, tisrya.. each dish is very tasty. Service is also very good. One thing to mention, since this homestay started in December they still doing lot of improvements. E.g TV, refrigerator is not there but it is mentioned in booking.com. very soon they are going to add it. I could say this is one of the best homestay in Ratnagiri with affordable rates. Very near to main city. We will definitely visit again and again.

Everything! This was an actual homestay in its true sense. Right from the moment we entered till our departure, it was an amazing experience. If you get here, try and meet Gaurav (owner of this homestay), he makes you feel as if you have known him for a long time. He ensured the stay was awesome. The staff is worth mentioning, just too good. A special mention to the food, I would recommend it if you stay here, please don't experiment with food anywhere else, just have your meals here, they are yummy and unlimited. I had both veg and non veg Thalis and they were freshly prepared and lip smacking good. This place is quite remote so you probably may not get the connectivity (depends who is the network service provider) but I enjoyed this time as I was away from the phone. To sum up, I feel this is going to be my place to stay whenever I am back in Ratnagiri. Thanks Gaurav and thanks to the staff of Vishwas Homestay, you made our trip worthwhile.
