This hotel is truly fabulous and the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The food options are great and there is an extensive offer of treatments. The staff were also very attentive with our dog. This hotel not only tolerates dogs but truly welcomes them (welcome drink, treats, bowl were waiting for him). The terrace was big, the room was very clean and the cleaning staff very helpful. I particularly appreciated that the hotel is adults only, this allows for perfect relaxation.

We are returning to this place time to time and it always exceed our expectations. The castle is gorgeous, the wellness is great, the whole place is very clean, the staff is friendly and the kitchen is serving wonderful dishes. Great experience in every aspect! The apartment is new, clean, warm and overall it’s a great value. There are utensils, pots, coffee machine with capsules, tea pot, hairdryer etc. it felts like anything I needed the owners had it! The owners are the next level of helpful! They picked us up from the train station, organised an early check in and dropped us back at the train station when vacation was over.

Great relaxing time in Heviz. Exceptional helpful host who really takes care of his guests. The hospitality was extraordinary, a fine terrace and a very calm location. Very clean apartment and grounds. Comfortable Beds. We will for sure come back to Villa Nova for the next time.100% recommended!

Everything was great, from the warm, friendly welcome when we arrived, to when we left. The Villa was exceptionally clean and had every requirement that anyone could ask for. The Villa itself was only a short walk to the lake and the main town, where there are shops and eateries. If you are visiting the area, then we would not hesitate to recommend the Villa Lillybeth.

Everything, the location was excellent on a quiet street close to a row of good restaurants and within easy walking distance of the thermal lake. The rooms were comfortable, airy and clean and our host was extremely friendly and helpful.

    I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The car was safely parked in a covered garage. The kitchen was well-furnished and the bed was extremely comfortable. The pool offered a beautiful view, and everything was very clean. The owners were always smiling and friendly. Highly recommend!

    Fantastic Location and very comfortable and clean too. Room is nice and spacious, with coffee machine, tv and frigo. bathroom is also nice and comfortable. There is a kitchen in common with other guests, all perfect! Owners too are very friendly and there is a nice swimming pool. Ciao From Italy!
