The location is perfect, few minutes walk to the port, restaurants and the beach. The view of Kornati from the top units is great. The pool is nice and also heated if you happen to be here in the spring time. Owners are very friendly and helpful but not intrusive. Private parking is shaded so no need to cover the car and lower cars can be parked without problem (on the front side). Bonus, our unit had a renovated kitchen and bathroom (not shown in their pictures) - this was a nice surprise on arrival. Also, there's TURTLES right next to the pool which is super cute :) All-in-all, price/performance is top notch and we fully recommend it.

Staff was very friendly, mobile house was clean and nice, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, little kitchen, huge terrace, that's exactly what you need. They do have also equipment like paddle board etc to use for free. Pool was refreshing and nice to have even if you're not a fan of pools near sea. Really good choice if you traveling with family or dog, recommend that.

It is a well-built house with amzing insulation. I used AC only three times during a 10-day stay in July/August. Everything is nice and clean, the kitchen has all the little bits and pieces to make your life easier. The bed is comfy, and there are plenty of towels.

I can honestly say that Garden apartman has been the best accommodation choice we’ve ever made when staying in an apartment. My wife and I both agreed that we will definitely come back here. The place is beautiful, the rooms and equipment are modern, and everything was spotless. The garden is absolutely stunning, and the area is very peaceful – which was especially important for us as we were traveling with our 1.5-year-old child. Danijela, the host, was incredibly kind and helpful. We received the warmest welcome we've ever had – including a lovely surprise in the fridge with delicious local snacks and drinks, which was just perfect after a long journey. 😊😊 And finally – a place that looks exactly the same in real life as it does in the photos.

    Very clean with all that we needed for a week in Pakostane, the location was perfect, just two minutes walk from beaches and marina. Mini market and lovely bakery just outside. Our host, Antonia, was so helpful with lots of local advice and information, she even got us discount on boat hire.

    A quiet location, close to beaches and center. The house has 2 floors with same structure (3 bedrooms in total per flow, 1 bedrooms has private bathroom with shower and for other 2 bedrooms there is 1 bathroom with shower and one bathroom with washer and dryer common). Very clean and all what is needed in the kitchen . 2 jacuzzi on the roof terrace with water between 26.5 and 34 degrees and an amazing pool with good water temperature all day (150 cm deep water just perfect for a relaxing swim)

    No breakfast was offered, but the location, being only a 5 minute walk to the town centre and foreshore was perfect. We liked having a kettle and cups available, but it would be even better to have a selection of tea, coffee, milk and sugar sachets available too. Milka and Rebeca went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, apart from the aircon problem. The rooms were nicely furnished and very clean.

    The apartment was very clean and comfortable with excellent a/c and the pool was so refreshing after hot weather! The property has all the facilities you can need. The location is great, being so near to some beautiful beaches and it is easy to organise tours from the town going to very beautiful national parks (Krka, Kornati islands, Plitvice etc). The host is brilliant! He helped us a great deal when we were there when we had a minor problem and was welcoming, friendly and very responsive to any questions.
