Situated in the pretty village of Kenn, the Ley Arms is a delightful pub and accommodation. The rooms are very comfortable, well equipped and beautifully decorated,and the outside blends in with the facade of the old pub. We had a fantastic stay in Exeter! The apartment was spacious, clean, and beautifully presented — it had everything we needed and felt like a real home away from home. The host provided excellent service, was very responsive, and made the whole experience seamless. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. We’ll definitely be back!

    Lovely little cottage with all facilities needed in a great location. So close to good pub, train line and great for walks. Our children are both students at Exeter university they joined us for breakfast at the cottage on Sunday morning then we went for a walk to Topsham and back to Lympstone via the train then to the Swann pub to play chess. Great time.

    Communication with Karen was brilliant. Any questions, no matter how small , were answered quickly. Really nice location and a few minutes walk from the train station. Heaters were on when I got in, meaning the cottage wasn't too chilly. The smaller sofa was comfy, the other one, not as much, but there's enough cushions to make it comfier. Lots of thick blankets as well. Nice and clean and tidy with everything I needed. A good smart tv and internet speed was really good. I'm definitely coming back here again in the future.

    The cottage is in a good location and full of character, very handy for the train station and pub. The estuary is just a stones throw away with lovely views and great if you love a bit of birdwatching. The beds were very comfortable. Great to have an allocated parking space.
