Everything it was amazing and above our expectations We had access to or own private bathroom that was modern and beautiful, we both felt very comfortable showing here as in other places they have shared bathrooms and it's not as comfortable. The Private hot tub was the cherry on the top for us and also the seat swings around the garden to sit on and enjoy the views. Me and my wife came here after or wedding in gretna on are way up in to the Scottish mountains and we couldn’t be happy with are visit. So much so we are already planning on coming back in the summer months

In the run up to my stay, communication was friendly and super efficient. The warmest of welcomes on arrival. The room and bathroom were pristine and really well set up, plenty of space and a VERY comfortable bed. Lots of helpful information. Super friendly landlady. Nice room, comfortable bed, good shower, excellent breakfast, private parking. We wanted to stay the night somewhere out of the hussle & bustle of Edinburgh and this was the perfect location. We asked for advice on somewhere to eat in the evening and she suggested "The Grapes Village Pub" nearby in East Calder. It was cosy, had friendly staff, and the best pub meal we've had for a longtime.

Unusual location for a farm, being just off the motorway. Once you are used to the roads it is very easy to drive to either Edinburgh or Glasgow. Excellent room and breakfast. Good wifi and good price for Scotland. Despite the closeness, there is no problem with the traffic noise.
