The location is spectacular with nature literally right at your doorstep. Getting woken up by a pheasant on the roof of your pod at 5.30 was annoying but special at the same time. I sat with the door open with a cup of tea watching him watching me until he got bored and wandered off. The pod and the showers/bathrooms were spotlessly clean. Didn't really use the kitchen except to boil water, but that was clean too. Gemma was really kind letting me use the shower after I got a bit lost on an overly ambitious mountain bike ride and got back just minutes before the 11am check-out time. Thank you! It's a pity it was only for a one night stop off....next year I will spend more time here.

A Truly Enchanting Stay I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this wonderful property yesterday, and I only wish I had booked for longer! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome that made me feel instantly at home. The property itself is enchanting—beautifully maintained, thoughtfully designed, and full of charm. Every detail seemed curated to create a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. What truly stood out to me, though, was the comfort of the room. I had the best sleep I’ve had in a long time, thanks to the incredibly cozy bed and peaceful surroundings. It was exactly the rejuvenating experience I needed. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. I am already looking forward to my next visit and will be sure to stay longer next time! A wonderful stay in a peaceful country inn and the staff were so welcoming . Nice decor, very clean and comfortable, and the shower was very hot with great pressure. The dinner and breakfast were both very tasty and satisfying.

    Booked rooms at The Merryburn & Courtyard Studios to attend a wedding in the area. The owner was extremely helpful in accommodating my request to check in early and the rooms were spotless. Facilities in the room are excellent and I have no hesitation in recommending this location.

    The studio was comfortable, spacious and homely. It’s in an ideal location, a moment from the train station and near cafes, restaurants, ancient trees and a great little bookshop. This was the second time I’ve stayed there and I doubt it’ll be my last.

    Lovely warm welcome from Trevor on our arrival to Tayburn, nothing too much trouble. Our room was spotlessly clean with a great shower, and bed was very comfortable Brilliant choice for breakfast all freshly cooked to order and service was perfect. Looking forward to returning another time as we found the location ideal for visiting the Neil Gow Festival and also Dunkeld.
