Everything. The room was amazing, very comfortable bed, the facilities, the very central location, and the amazing friendly and helpful stuff. Arriving and finding the coffee machine was so warming. The room even included an iron and board. It was so comfortable. So central. I will definitely be back.

We loved our stay here, very clean and tidy, with modern facilities, house was decorated to a high standard. Very comfortable double beds with lots of cushions so perfect for relaxing. Kitchen was well equipped. Great location with shops and bars nearby, quiet street with plenty of parking spaces. Chris was a great host and was super helpful. A great place to stay if visiting the area for a family or a small group of up to 6 people. Highly recommended

Peter was an amazing host, very kind and informative giving good directions and tips on the area. I loved my room, a home away from home, with the comfiest bed and pillows ever. It met all my needs, and I appreciated the kettle and tea and coffee in my room. It is in a quiet area so I slept really well. I enjoyed starting the day with breakfast and meeting other guests whilst enjoying a view of the beautiful garden. If I am back in Belfast I will definitely stay again. Thank you so much Peter.😊

The decor was beautiful, facilities were amazing and the whole house was spotless. Colm responded within minutes of anything was needed. A lovely card and prosecco left which was a very appreciated gesture . Very easy access to the property. Amazing house altogether !!

Fantastic house. Has everything you'd need for a city break. We used it as a base for a soccer tournament in the University of ulster. But it was so handy for going in and out of the city in the evening.

    Adrian was an amazing host and couldn't do enough to help us all. The house itself is beautiful and rooms are spotless and had everything we needed for an amazing night. The outdoor space is amazing and the pool, sauna and hottub were all fab. The icing on the cake was the surprise pool table and darts board. Honestly an amazing stay, defo booking again asap

    The house is absolutely stunning. Adrian was a great host really down to earth, accommodating and joined in with the craic and banter. The whole house is spotless clean, it’s so spacious lots of different places to chill out really can’t say a bad word about our stay. House is lovely and warm, beds are so comfy.

    This is one of the best places my son and I have ever stayed. Adrain the host is amazing, so welcoming and helpful. The house is outstanding. Spacious, convenient and immaculate. We had a great time in the pool, hot tub and sauna. The perfect location for a well deserved break with family or a get together with friends. We will definitely be booking again soon

    We had the best time ever,Adrian the hostess was very nice and helpful with everything we needed,the bar outside is lovely ,house very clean room spotless kids had great time in the swimming pool,water was warm and clean , nice relaxing time we definitely come back☺️
