    We have stayed at the Townhouse for many years. It is not luxury but is adequate. We stay because our family live near by, walking distance, so location is amazing. Owners and Staff are fabulous. The restaurant and cocktail bar are absolutely fabulous. Nigel and his wife are so passionate about their place and always come around at breakfast to make sure everyone is Ok which is lovely. We would stay again. Its homely and lovely. John & Kate Ward

    Ideally positioned with ample parking in a small town with four decent pubs and around ten restaurants. We ate in the Cantonese that belongs to the Townhouse but if that’s not your taste there are a few other very good places close by. Ideal location for a date night in a compact and safe market town away from the troubles of the big cities.

    the location was ideal for us. The breakfast was 10 out of 10. the service at breakfast was perfect. it did at first seem odd to be sitting in a Chinese restaurant having breakfast, but you got used to it. Parking was near and worked well

    it was very clean, in a great location. staff were very friendly, if you wanted to catch a bus into Nottingham the bus stop is just over the road and they run every 10 mins.
