If you want an old English style type house this is the place low beams creaky floors the full works absolutely fantastic, great location, good value for money, good breakfast good old pub just across road for great evening meal. even being a historically old building bathroom bed etc. all up to scratch

Simon's house is just right for one or two to have a cosy time. Spotlessly clean, well decorated and a welcome basket too. We found everything to be new and the towels were amazing. It is the first place that I would look to stay on my return to Grantham.

Every thing was so clean. Separate toilets with a key and kitchenette to use was fabulous. Host was brilliant, my little boy fed the animals and was made to feel super welcome! ☺️

    Beautiful property in a nice quiet location. Absolutely spotless throughout. Lovely attentive owners who were always on call if needed. Nice cooked to order breakfast and amazing gardens to enjoy a drink if the weather is kind to you.

    lovely quirky property. Very old and obviously lovingly restored. excellent breakfast with attentive service. everything very clean. great location with very good local pub with restaurant. although it was early June, the weather was cool and we found the room cold which was a bit unexpected. apart from that, a super stay
