Valerie was a lovely, welcoming and warm host and nothing was too much trouble for her. The gardens, rooms and common areas are all lovely. The breakfast was good and we also enjoyed one of Valerie’s home cooked dinners. We also loved the company of the doggos Nemo and Gizmo !

Julie renovated her grand dad's house and a high spec yet traditional flat. It used to be where their vendageurs stayed. Outside looks like a simple typical house in the region. The car parking is large and gated. The stairs to the the flat (10 steps?) is a beautiful oak wood. Open plan kitchen and living room with two windows, very bright and airy. Separate bedroom with its own bright window overlooking Julie's vineyard, Walk-in shower, separate loo, all comfortable and a lot of space. Very well equipped kitchen, can live there for a week or more. walk 5 mins to the butcher/charcuterie or the boulangerie. And Julie's place has soul and personality, it's new but you can feel history. It's a very good place and I will come back again.

Brand new, well equipped apartment ideally located for us to visit the Mailly memorial and the new monument which is right opposite. Families of airmen who took part in the Mailly raid on May 3/4 1944 who want to visit the site will find this to be an absolutely ideal and convenient location. The owners were attentive to our requests for extra information - the gite was so new not all the equipment had been put out in an obvious place to find. But they responded very quickly to our texted queries and went out of their way to facilitate leaving our car at the apartment even after our stay had officially ended. À very kind and thoughtful gesture. Thank you!
