New apartments in recently built building. Everything is new and modern. The location was perfect for us, close to the "City of Arts and Sciences". The staff is very friendly and polite, even if they face a difficult client like me (who doesn't want to share his credit card number with receptionists)

Everything about the stay was pleasant, the staff at the reception gave a good explanation on where to visit and how to get there and were always accommodating! The location was quite central and close to the park which made most places to visit about a 20min walk from each other.

Really everything I expected. Clean, spacious, new. About 5 minute walk from Colon metro station and 2 min walk from bus stops. Bed was very comfortable and coffee amenities fair. I would recommend this hotel to a friend.

I booked this apartment for my son, who is traveling around Spain with a friend. They really liked the place — convenient access right from the highway on the way back from Benidorm. Free parking was right in front of the apartment. The room was brand new and included an extended continental breakfast. Overall, they were very satisfied.

    The bungalow was well-equipped for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It had everything we needed to prepare meals and enjoy our time there. The location was fantastic! Being so close to the beach was a major perk and perfect for enjoying the outdoors.

    Loved the relaxed feel to the site! Staff were lovely and the you guy who checked me in didn’t speak a great deal of English and my Spanish is non existent and he was great very friendly and approachable. This is our 2nd time staying and will definitely return again!

    The Levante bungalows are new, very clean, fully equipped kitchen, own parking space, and own barbeque. Tons of amenities and activities specially if you have young kids. Teens and adults also enjoyed the place with activities suited for parents and teens. Safe as there is a security staff roaming around. Very friendly and welcoming staff. We were 5 families and on a fully-booked weekend, they were able to accommodate our request to be situated next to each other.
