This place is new and managed by a family. The rooms are very pretty and clean, everything is nice and creative, the location is very good. The lady there is extremely kind and asks if you need anything. I went there to check how the place was, initially, then, after seeing how nice it is, I extended my stay and I went back there also after a trip tp Las Galeras. You feel safe and protected, there. Great internet too

Nice, clean and comfortable apartment with all necessary amenities, with great location and access to an enormous rooftop area with a jacuzzi. David and his wife are incredible hosts, very attentive, reactive and friendly, gave a lot of useful tips and it was just a pleasure to have a conversation with them. You really feel like at home. And the price is very reasonable for what you get. Recommend without hesitation

It was the best accommodation experience in the Dominican Republic, even compared to much more expensive hotels/resorts. Omar, Kamal and the staff always check in for your needs (even accommodating our food restrictions and providing vegetarian and vegan options), give cultural tips and keep the rooms and hotel super clean. I would definitely come back and recommend it! The location is good and close to Santo Domingo's main highlights, which is quite useful. Rooms are brand new and well taken care of! Good vegetarian restaurant nearby (Time).

The terrace was very big, the room comfortable. The area is perfekt for sightseeing, restaurants and bars! The owner Franky has a lot of tips and his wife is super friendly as well.

The host (and her daughter) is pretty welcome and friendly: they make you feel at home. It is a fantastic place to live in consider that extremely cheap price. The room is very clean and comfortable, with well working air conditioning. Wifi is speed. Public shared kitchen and bathroom are accessible. Location is also great and near Zona Colonial, with many historical sites nearby.

I only spent one night at Punta Cana Residencial Bavaro Beach, but it left a good impression. The check-in was smooth, the apartment neat and tidy, and the bed quite comfortable. Being in the middle of the shopping district made it easy to find everything I needed, and the beach was close enough for a quick walk. The staff were approachable and answered my questions right away. For a short stay, it worked out perfectly.

The room is small but you know that when you book.but what makes up for that is the high ceiling and that it is light and there is a glass door to the communal terras. It feels cosy. There is a fridge in the pantry which we could use. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Bed is comfortable. Good price quality.
