We stayed here during our visit to Phantasialand and couldn’t have chosen a better place. The apartment is modern, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Free parking is available right next to the house, which is super convenient. The staff is incredibly friendly, speaks several languages, and communication was very easy. We had the ground floor apartment and enjoyed spending time in the brand-new winter garden – absolutely beautiful! The house is located in a quiet nature reserve, surrounded by meadows and forests – perfect for relaxing walks. Still, restaurants and shops are just a 5-minute drive away. One side of the house has a lovely garden view, the other faces a calm street. Peaceful, clean, close to Phantasialand – we’d love to come back anytime!

Easy access with the e-machine, which dispenses the room card and receipt. Underground parking had a height of 1.95 m. If prepaid 7 € the room card opens the access door. The room was clean and well equipped. Communication ahead of time was clear.We were very happy with it.

The room was very clean and comfortable. If you are looking for somewhere to stay and don't mind basic accommodation then this is highly recommended. There is also a restaurant downstairs, and a small supermarket right outside that is open until 7pm in the week which was really useful. The owners were also very friendly and helpful.

    Lovely apartment, very clean and modern with great facilities. Everything was top quality and they had a bit of an environmental awareness with products such as sanitary ware etc which is always nice to see. Location was great, only a 5min walk to the train station which gets you to Cologne in about 10mins and also just 15mins drive to Phantasialand land (if you're thinking of going).
