Lovely little studio in a good location. Water and coffee/tea was provided and everything was really clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. The host was responsive and very helpful.

The apartment is very well located, walking distance from every thing. It is super well equipped and clean, to be honest it is better in reality than in the photos. We stayed only two nights, but it will be perfect for one week stay or more. There is a nice balcony over Ledra st, and the neighborhood is very alive, perfect to go for a drink or food. I would definitely come back

An amazing apartment. It is like new. It has everything you need. Well equipped and the beds are fantastic. Really close to the heart of Nicosia, everything in the walking distance.     We loved our stay in Aperanti! The location was perfect for the night between traveling from Nicosia to Aiya Napa and the village itself is worth visiting as you can experience more local and authentic vibe that the resorts on coast. The room was very nice, quiet, spacious and convenient. Our host Sara was amazing, she gave us many tips and prepared amazing breakfast based on local produce.
