The location of the hotel was great, a little far from San Jose airport, so I would reccomend to land at Liberia airport, which is only a 90 minute drive. However, it was in a private area and very safe, with a 5 minute walk to the beach. Everything else was amazing and succeed and of my expectations.

Beautiful lodges in the lush jungle, close to the beach. A warm welcome, very friendly owners and staff. Delicious breakfast and dinner in a wonderful open restaurant. A lovely and relaxing pool. We really loved our stay.

This was exactly what I needed. Somehow they have created this peaceful vibe, so you feel you’re living in nature. The beach was steps away with gorgeous sunsets, and barely anyone else on the beach. The pool was right there to cool off. House was super clean and equipped with everything, including a comfortable bed!

We loved that the beach was right in front of the property. Alejandro, the host, was super kind. Communication was quick and he helped us with everything that we needed. He made our stay (2 adults, one 5 year old and a baby) very comfortable. Parking is right on the property. If you are interested in fishing, the beach is amazing to catch some nice fish: there are roosters, jacks, trigger fish, blue runners, mangrove snapper and more... Locals there know how it's done and fish there daily. They are kind and can help you out. If there are plenty of sardines in the water, safe your time with artificial lures. Get some sardines and fish on the bottom. You won't wait long for a bite ;)

    You do need a car to get to this hotel. Saying that, the hotel was wonderful location, five minute walk down to the beach with stunning sunsets. Spent the weekend here just relaxing by the pool and enjoying the peace. The room was a good size with good bathroom and space for putting your clothes away. Driving a bit further along the beach road, we saw monkeys in the trees, humming birds and got to walk on areas of the beach which are less crowded.

    The location is amazing with a wonderful pool and a really quite area. The food is delicious and the staff is extraordinarily friendly. I just stayed one night as my whole trip was pre-booked, but I would have liked to stay longer.

    The hosts were very friendly and the service was exceptional! The breakfast was also very good. The pool was great and the whole property is very clean. We liked the bungalows, as well as the distribution of them on the property, allowing for privacy.
