Location is super central, close by to Puerto Varas downtown, with a huge supermarket just around the corner. Staff is super friendly, providing already prepared and structured information on what to do in and around Puerto Varas. Shared bathrooms were always spotless. Communal kitchen is fully equipped. There are trunks within the room to lock away your belongings. The location is good, a short walk down a hill into town and also close to the bus station. It's very very clean, the staff were cleaning everyday. Laundry is also very reasonably priced in comparison to other hostels I've stayed in. Best thing was the super nice man on the front desk who was friendly and exceedingly helpful - particularly in being able to set us up with an excellent local car hire firm at short notice, which ended up being far cheaper and better than any of the established providers.
