I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights with my family. The hotel was well located in Baku city. It was not far from the center. The interior of the hotel looked good and the rooms were clean and there were also sports facilities in the hotel which I made use of. The hotel employees helped us well with a problem we had. For this I would like to thank Mr. Adil, Yunis and Ms. Madina.

had a fantastic stay at this hostel in Baku, andi can't recommend it enough! The owner was incredibly helpful and welcoming, going above and beyond to make sure had everything needed and offering great tips for exploring the city. The hostel itself is a truly cozy space with a wonderful, inviting atmosphere, and it's spotlessly clean honestly one of the cleanest hostels I've ever stayed in! Plus, the location is excellent, making it super easy to get around and see all the sights. If you're looking for a comfortable, clean, and friendly place to stay in Baku, this is it!

The location is perfect in the old town if you are mobile. The room was beautiful, very spacious and with air-conditioning, plates and cutlery, coffee and tea and a kettle. The shower was great and soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, toothpaste and body lotion were provided. There's also a bidet. The staff were very helpful. There will soon be new rooms with amazing views too!

I had a wonderful stay at Twelve Inn! The hotel is perfectly located, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The staff is extremely friendly and always ready to assist. A special thanks to manager Turan, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. His professionalism and willingness to help made a great impression. I truly appreciate the excellent service and hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Twelve Inn to anyone visiting the city!

    The place was very clean with all facilities .The location is ideal near to Nizami street and 24/7 supermarkets are open which are on the walking distance.The host Elchin was super kind and humble and helped us a lot.     Room size: Spacious room, I was upgraded! I had a jacuzzi! 😍 Cleanliness: Rooms/Hotel was spotless. I can see that much care was given Reception: Morning Staff (female) who speaks English is quite helpful. She can communicate really well. She was pleasant and easy to deal with. Flexibility: Allowed early check in Location: It was not close to the tourist spot which I like. Less crowd. Anyway, the taci costs less than 4 manat anywhere so not an issue I would definetely recommend them.

    I would say the hostel's location is very ideal, as it is very close to the most famous spots in Baku city. The neighborhood has a very European-style architecture and parks nearby, making it a very clean city. The rooms are very clean, and I would highly recommend it for someone traveling solo and preferring to stay in a hostel. I would say this hostel is the best in Baku.

    Amazing location 10/10 walking distance from most main attractions. Budget Hotel, however, very clean and excellent vallue for money. We were in Baku for a short 2 night break,hence booked this hotel due to its location. It was my daughters 7th BD, and we drove from Shahdag. The staff surprised her with a birthday cake when we were in a restaurant, which was amazing. Thank you for going the extra mile to make her day special with your gesture
