New, beautiful and large flat in the countryside, half an hour to the centre of Vienna. There is a free car park in front of the house. Large panoramic windows, there is also a cosy courtyard. I think it is also a great option to stay with your dog. Toilet downstairs and toilet and shower upstairs. Very comfortable mattresses, sleeping was delightful. Very nice and helpful hostess. Special thanks for the sweets and tea!

Everything was great except the breakfast service. Food is not so great but still ok but just staffs were not so friendly. We couldn't get proper supply of food and table as there were short of staffs. Nonetheless everything met my satisfaction. There were free parking lot, and also S-bahm station was just in front of hotel therefore it is easy to go to any tourist places in Vienna City-Center or palace. Room is not noisy at all even if the train was passing time to time. Also room was warm enough and bed was comfortable.

We were really pleased. Very good location, easy access. I was able to park the car. Excellent on-time communication and very clear instructions to get in, even if you arrive late. Very clean and tidy. Food preparation facilities very good and clean shared bathroom and toilets. Very close to a large shop for shopping. Tram stop close to the house, connection to the metro. I will definitely come back when I need space.
