Everything good in a nice area of the city with the river directly behind the site: front desk Lucy and Katie, super helpful and personable, upgraded to a large downstairs suite (because of stair climbing difficulties) with a balcony over the swimming pool, large clean swimming pool, good breakfast inside or outside by the pool (only a breakfast restaurant, but other food was available on site through the excellent local "Sunshine" restaurant about a two minute walk down the main street.), quiet, clean, probably the best accommodation we experienced on our month long visit to Thailand and Vietnam.

The free breakfast is in a restaurant 5 minutes away - the food and service there was great. Loved mein Thien and Luna! Even booked a ticket to go see the Memories Show from here as it was cheaper - it was a fabulous evening! All in all I highly recommend this place! Can't wait to go back!
