Well situated in the Hoan Kiem district, this hotel is set 1.1 km from Thang Long Water Puppet Theater.... The hotel room is very spacious and gives a feeling of being at home. Additionally, the service provided by the two staff members （Mihn and Hang ) was excellent and one of the most satisfying memories of this trip. They proactively asked if we needed help ordering souvenirs, and their professionalism and service quality were impressive, making it hard to tell they are young. Their outstanding service and attitude brought us great joy. Because of these two, I would definitely return to stay here again.

The host is an awesome person, who is availble for contact 24 hours per day. Very friendly and gives more hospitality than is required. The accomodation is clean, and has all you need. I think everone should experience this homestay to get more inside information on living in a busy city as Hanoi. I think I have one suggestion for host: maybe include the experience of sharing a meal with the family or friends, or offer a tour on a bike together with the host..This would increase their income and will be a superb experience for the guests. I thought about this idea, because he is such a nice person as company.

The owner is really supportive and friendly. We have great times here with cozy waiting area and fully equipped room. The location is ideal too. Not too far from all famous places of Hanoi so we was able to walk most of the time. Definitely will book this one again!

The whole place was clean, cosy and nicely decorated. All the appliences worked well. There was a stable Wi-Fi connection. I enjoyed the room with a street view. The room was of a decent size. The high ceilings in the property added to the feeling of comfort. It was handy to be able to use the washing machine on the top floor. The hostess was nice and friendly. The area was peaceful and the lake was in a walking distance.

The apartment was spacious, clean and had such a nice homely feel to it. We felt as if we were at home. We stayed just for two nights but it felt like it was our apartment we had lived in forever. The staff were lovely. Smiles all round! We will definitely be back.
