Kitchen was modern and well equipped. Flat is super new and well maintained. Avenue was busy (can’t park along it) but not too noisy. Terrace with barbecue was a plus, we loved it! Helpful until the last moment he let me stay after I bumped my head on the ceiling, it was a stairway with a low dent, so I bumped hard. I sat on the sofa until the pain was gone.

There is also a bus stop next to the entrance to the building, in case you want to take a bus to Pocitos beach.
